Our service begins with a custom design tailored specifically to your home or business. We provide all necessary Christmas lights, decorations, labor, and equipment. Our comprehensive service includes installation, maintenance, takedown in January, and storage.
When should I request a quote?
We recommend requesting a quote as early as possible. We start receiving inquiries as early as September, and our installation calendar fills up quickly. Contact us early to secure your preferred installation date.
What types of payment do you accept and what is your payment policy?
We accept all major forms of payment, including checks, cash, credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers. Please note that we require a 50% deposit before starting on your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.
How long will my Christmas light installation project take?
Once we set an installation date, we'll provide you with a projected timeframe for the decoration process. Please note that weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances may affect the actual duration of the installation.
What happens if a light goes out during the holiday season?
We offer prompt maintenance services throughout the holiday season. If you notice any issues with your lights, simply contact us, and we'll schedule a service call within 48 hours to address the problem at no additional cost.
